Prior to private practice and consulting, Atty. Arianne "Yan" Paralisan served as a Court Attorney at the Court of Appeals of the Philippines, assigned to both Cebu and Manila stations. In this capacity, Atty. Yan worked on a wide range of cases, involving civil, criminal, and labor law. She worked closely with Associate Justices to deliberate cases on appeal and recommend and draft resolutions.
Previously, Atty. Yan was an Associate at Gulapa & Ismael, where she handled matters across various sectors including general corporate affairs, projects and infrastructure, banking, intellectual property, and litigation. Earlier in her career, she was appointed as a Court Decongestion Officer at the Regional Trial Court of Cebu City, where she played a key role in supporting Judges in the Judiciary's initiatives to reduce court docket congestion.
Virgilio "Toy" Paralisan started off in the information technology industry focusing on sales and IT infrastructure solutions. He transitioned to managerial roles overseeing facilities, administration, and operations for large organizations. In later years, he shifted towards consulting and organizational development, particularly in the family business and Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) sectors. Toy has extensive experience in strategic planning, operations, quality management, and crafting content for different purposes. He has a proven ability to lead and develop teams, implement organizational systems, and foster a positive work environment. His deep understanding of many industries like the BPO, mining, security, merchandising, service, education, and software development sectors in the Philippines help him transition into consulting.
He is actively engaged in social management programs and industry association leadership so he can contribute to community development. He advocates for the strengthening of family business enterprises to drive economic growth.
